YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE😫

I wrote a review on 3 July 2025 as quoted below. Company Partners rep**** the same day again with empty promises even in full public view on this platform. Also quoted below. They have no credibility whatsoever. More than a month has passed since my first review and yet nothing was done. I re-itterate: Keep away from them. Just plain pathetic service.

My review on 3 July 2025: "The WORST possible customer service. They were paid to submit Cipc returns for 2024 and 2025. They did 2024. They did not do 2025. Since Feb 2025 I have tried to get this sorted without success. I have spoken to numerous consultants. I have emailed all the proof, yes even their own invoices and proof of payment. Just nothing. Absolutely pathetic. I requested through their complaints department that the ceo be informed and contact me. Nothing. No assistence. I have all the emails, the invoices, the proof of payment. Pathetic. RUN... Rather get a competent accountant to do your Cipc."
