WORSE SERVICE FROM COMPANY PARTNERS

Worse service after giving compliments to Philasande,we have been waiting for such a long time to receive our website from Company Partners . The worst moved ever made was to really give compliments cause everything is delayed if not delayed than whenever we call to speak to our consultant we are told to wait on the line ,their currently on calls or not even in at the moment. We usually call ask Wendy to transfer us to either Zandile or Philasande but we never speak to them as she will say(Wendy) she will take my details down and make sure that I call from either two. What disgusts us the most is that if they want money from our account we will be called all the time and get notifications on our email and sms but they fail to do things right. We paid for our CSD but till this point we haven’t received anything and this has been from a month or two back. I’m tired of these unprofessional people because we getting held up from doing our job. Company partners really need to think twice about this business,cause it’s really frustrating to deal to hold backs .
