What an Utter Waste Of Time and Money

I have paid these guys for a service. Actually I was looking for convenience. I got exactly the opposite. The one employee (Nikita) tells me that she cannot assist because it was not her who performed the work. It was someone else in the team(Kyle). Meanwhile I was looking for a seamless experience. On the other hand, the I have escalated the to the manager, Susan, who is very quiet. No response. Looking at the number of complaints on the hello Peter, four pages and more of complaints about this company, I should have checked before. What an utter waste of time and money
