Waste of time and money

Website quoted R3999 for the business plan but we asked for additional assistance with financials and paid R10k. Could not even use the business plan or the financials. Ended up doing it through another platform. There was no communication from the person who assisted. Spelling and grammar errors and incorrect information. Sent a complaint through and only received a 'sorry'. Poor service and poor quality.
