Very Poor Service - Company Partners

I have been trying to get a Tax Clearance Certificate for my brother, who has been living in New Zealand for 32 years, since May this year. To date, I have not received the certificate and the consultant who was supposed to assist me (Dominique O'riordan), ignores my emails. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with the unsatisfactory service that I have been getting from this company. I paid for the "so called" service that I was supposed to get on 28 May 2021 already and I still don't have the certificate.
