Unreliable, not trust worthy and a company not to use for your cc or any business registration nor update your records

Unreliable, not trust worthy and a company not to use for your cc or any business registration nor update your records This is my experience I paid into the account of the above company R530 on the 3 Oct 2019 for services to be rendered to me for my renewal of my CK document ,of which they had my money in their account for 8months after numerous calls of speaking to many agents I still to date heavent had my new document. I than requested that they refund me my money,I was than told I need to make my payment for this years document which I refused to do which made them very unhappy to assist me I would be a fool if I paid for service not rendered and to make another payment to the same company. I had to submit a copy of payment made to them a certified copy of ID document and complete a form why I request my payment back its obvious I have paid for a service which was not rendered to me even after 8months they have incurred me unnecessary expanse with running around having documents certified which is at my expanse phone calls for 3weeks and inconvenience. My point is why must I have the runabout when all I am asking is the return of my money I was told I will have to wait for 30 days, WHY which has been in their bank account for 8months now. I am still waiting for my repayment after submitting all the necessary documents.Just wanna warn people out there to be careful before using companys and parting with your money when its time for service or repayment we as individuals have the run around. I am really perturbed about the service I got from this company with no satisfaction to date.
