Unprofessional

I wanted to register a company in 2021, I sent all the required documents and made a top up payment of R500+ on top of the R300 that I had paid before. They went back and forth with me and 2 years later, I have no registered company and they still have my money. If I could rate in the negatives, I WOULD! I sent an email requesting a refund and I have not been answered. Please just go spend R150 at the CIPC. I DON'T RECOMMEND! I want my money back!
