Unhappy

I have very unhappy with the the service I have received. At for I requested for a letter of good standing in which I paid for immediately then I called the department of labour because company partners said there’s a fee I needed to pay and to my knowledge I had paid it. I received my letter of good standing from the department. I then emailed Renee to inform her that I have received the letter and how to go about getting refunded since I did not make use of the service. It been almost 2 months and my emails are still being ignored.
