Being a brand new startup company i enquired about a VAT number and was sent a quote without explaining in detail tge requirements for a VAT number. I made payment and a few days later received an email detailing the requirements. I then spoke to Kyle and was told that they do not do refunds and he was trying to sell me other things that i was not interested in. He said that they do not do refunds. Being unemployed and trying to make a living i felt that this was totally unacceptable. I was then contacted by Susan who assured me of the refund a few days ago but up until today i am still waiting for the refund documents. They say there is a process to follow but they did not follow their own process by advising me on the VAT requirements. When i asked for their MD'S email address they did not give it to me. Totally disappointed in their lies and ********* behaviour. As i said i am unemployed and need to put food on my table with that money.
