Terrible to deal with - no service!

Trying to speak to a human at Company Partners is impossible. Obviously understaffed as they are unable successfully put you through to any consultant. If you eventually do get through, they are very rushed. Continuously get cut off after holding forever. Called in the week before, left a message and reception was going to put a note on my profile promising me a call back by COB. As of yet, still no phone call.

They make it so hard to finalise required documents, chopping and changing their requirements. Wanting to find out once and for all what the requirement are and I am just unable to get through.

Definitely not easy to deal with. Consultants seem to always be too rushed to provide proper feedback. Resulting in back and forth with little progress. What was promised to be 10 days it turning into 20 days if not longer.

Can't say that I recommend them...
