Terrible Service – Refusing to Update Contact Details

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Company Partners. They were supposed to update my contact details but failed to do so. After multiple attempts to get assistance from Renee and Carlin, I received nothing but arrogant responses with no acknowledgment of their mistake. Worse, they didn’t even ask which contact number to use before making changes.

When I requested to speak to someone senior, my attempts with Andrew and another lady at the help desk were just as unhelpful. Instead of assisting, they simply put me on hold. Now, I’m unable to receive OTPs, and my issue remains unresolved. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
