Terrible service from Reyhanah Martheze

I am still waiting for a refund that dates back to 10/2022. I spoke to Reyhanah 19/04/2023 & she hung up while I was still talking. I sent her an email to make her aware of this & to find out when the refund will be processed. The email was Read but no feedback received. I sent another email on 20/04/2023 requesting feedback, this was also Read & still no feedback received. How much longer do I have to wait? What's more annoying is the fact that my emails get read but nobody bothers to respond. Why do I constantly have to beg for feedback? Is this company policy or just my luck?
