Terrible service

<p>We bought a groupon of R1799 (we got discount as 1st time buyer, it was R1899)! This is a lot of money to waste on a company that is so unproffessional enough NOT to answer your emails, you have to use all your airtime up that is meant for business to phone them as they DON'T phone you! I wanted to cancel with them they ignored my mail. My partner phoned them to hold the cancellation as he has given the person who has taken our trading name & made it his till Monday to release it and change his business name. They had the nerve to send then an email with a consent letter to get consent from the ***** to use our own name!!! How's that for a cheek!! And cherry on top they want to charge us now hidden fees of R290 to get our name!!! I am soooo IRRITATED with this place & could have done all this on my own time individually as we have actually gotten nothing really from them for the R1799 as we are NOT a registered company with our own unique name as someone stole it & Cerika refused to tell me who it was (which I have a right to know). I WANT MY MONEY BACK or I'm going to consumer protector! I REFUSE TO PAY EXTRA HIDDEN COSTS!!!</p>
