Shelf Company - Service extremely poor

I bought a Shelf Company through Company partners. Initially the service was OK, I guess you get what you paid for. Should you have any queries or questions, this Company is not for you. They will not get back to you on any matter, no matter how many times you ask or escalate it. I opted for the Company Documents to be sent to me. I have paid the monies over, but after 2 months have not received any documentation. It is really a struggle to work with these guys. The only emails you receive is spam where they try and sell more "Services" to you. So if you want to buy a shelf Company - I do suggest you look at other alternatives.
