Service with a Smile:-)

<p>We have just started working with Company Partners in Cape Town, to help us with various services for our start-up company. Apart from these services, I have been struggling for months to get my website developer to help me with an index file [of a website they developed] that needed configuration. This issue went back-and-forth for more than six months, while my website was down. I asked Daniel at Company Partners if he could have a look and tell me what I need to do – due to my non-existent technical s****. I must mention that my server is in German, and I was concerned that this could potentially hinder Daniel from assisting. Within hours after proving him with server access credentials, not only did he diagnose the problem but, configured the index files and bring my website back to live again. Excellent work within the shortest space of time with language barrier. Up on receiving his email confirming that my website was live again, I asked Daniel how much will this cost. His answer was: “I will not bill you for this one”. This is exceptionally neat, not many company offer these high s****s for FREE to their clients. I couldn’t wish for a better partner to work with!
