Service Delivery Concerns – Company Partners

If it were possible to allocate a rating lower than one star, I would do so without hesitation. My experience with Company Partners has been highly unsatisfactory. Communication was poor, guidance and support were virtually non-existent, and incorrect documentation was repeatedly issued for completion. I was consistently required to follow up and request feedback, often without meaningful response.

Prospective clients should be aware that engaging Company Partners may result in significant frustration, delays, and unnecessary expenditure.
