SARS Clearances gone missing 11Months on still no one can find it

I bought a Shelf company in January everything started off well, Amore would respond to my emails until one Philasande Bunyula a consultant very rude lady with no service experience got involved always angry and rude. I asked her to resend me documentation and she argues with me that they have been given to me because she didn't want to resend them.

Now its December I'm still outstanding the Tax clearance that she said was included in the documentation that is not.

the story keeps change the document was supposed to be sent to me between 24-48hr that was on Monday (Zandile) its friday today

(Jacques) just responded to my email while trying to assist (request submitted now we wait for SARS

So in actuality, if I don't get up my self and go to SARS I will never get this document

11 months GONE just trying to get one document
