Refusal to Refund - Company Partners ********s

Very unprofessional and ***********. My business partner and I app**** for a 2022 shelf company with Company Partners in n May 2024. They confirmed it's availability. We duly filled in required papers and paid the agreed sum.

However, the lady reyhanah sat on it and came back saying the shelf company was no longer available and that we should settle for the 2023. After sending her the proof of payment once again, she then double downed and said I had put the wrong reference on the transfer. Ahw then tried to say the IDs were not attached, which was another blatant lie. Then she said on of the IDs has an expired certification. By then I was fes up with the goal shifting. I therefore disagreed and continued to demand a refund. Ahw handed over to someone called samuel and to this day he has refused to respond or pay back the refund. These people are big ******

It's three weeks later and they won't respond neither have they paid the refund.
