Refund

I made payment for a business plan . 77% of the amount paid in advance . They need 100% before commencing . 100% payment before commencing does not sit well with me . I asked for a refund back . They are not refunding me . I need to appoint a different service provider . My deadline does not matter to them , if they cannot value my space , it leaves with a ??? Are they here for their own interest only ??? I must select another service provider. I observe them conducting business in an uncomfortable manner... All I need is my refund right now
