Poor Services by Compny Partners

Dear all, I have attempted to register a business with Company Partners since the beginning of December 2018 and to date, nothing has come to materialize. The communication internally at Company Partners is very poor and this has really caused great confusion on my end, as there system speaks one language and the agents another. I am truly disappointed with their services and have asked CP to cancel the entire registration. Looking for a more organized & professional company. Any Tips??
