Poor service from Company Partners

I paid for tax returns for a company tax returns for 2019 and 2020. Having asked for assistance in filling their online form on 3 occasions and requested a call back, i called 2 times with no help.

A few days after, i received an email that the online form was filled without contacting me. This email was from Reyhanah. I sent an email informing her that she had asked for tax returns for the wrong years. She responded say that my concerns had been sent to "the department". I was uncertain which department she was referring to. However, she went ahead to do tax returns for the wrong years.

I contacted them today and was told no one was available to talk with me or address my complaints. They said "Kyle or Christal" were her supervisors and would contact me but they never did.

I asked if this was their service standard and the lady i spoke with only apologized but offered no solution. I will not recommend them to anyone as once you pay, you become irrelevant to them.

This is their service standard - demeaning and poor customer service.
