POOR SERVICE AND NO PERSONAL INTEREST

Slow and poor service. Every time i contact them I get an automated email address saying they will contact me within 24 hrs, which happens but the phone rings only once and then they send another email that they could not get hold of you and then the whole process restarts again. I bought an urgent Vat package and it was supposed to be completed withing 10 days, but it have been 5 weeks not, and it is only on 33.3 % and no explanation only a process. No personal interest only computer generated emails and they have no interest in the urgency of the matter. What they sell and what actually materializes is two different outcomes...I AM UNBELIEVABLY UNHAPPY AND WOULD NEVER EVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE....
