Poor customer service company Partners reception lady

Had a bad customer service with company Partners, did payment for new company registration but when I made follow up the following day, I was told that the lady who is supposed to assist me was working from home and she doesn't take calls when coming from home, I asked the reception lady if there is no other person who can assist me apart from Reene, but the reception lady was very rude, she decided to put me on hold and there after hanged up the call.
