Pathetic Service - Company Partners, what a waste of time and money, will never use them again, rated ZERO

I will score this company Zero not 1. I lodged to convert my CC to a PTY LTD They failed to complete it from August 2019 to Jan 2020 Nothing was done I paid in full They made me send a certified ID 4 times, id copy number 1 was not clear enough, Id copy number 2 did not have the name of the commissioner only a signature, Id number 3 was now older than 3 months as they failed to lodge in time, ID number 4 the name was an initial and surname and they want the full name by the commissioner . so my Company loses it 2007 registration year to 2019 but because of their incompetence its a 2020 company I followed up so many times and the service is so bad 4 months later after failing to deliver a service I paid for they refuse to give me my money back. I will never use them again they are also marketing vultures flooding my box with emails selling their services when they cant even deliver an order
