Pathetic company
Pathetic company, does not know what they are doing please stay away. We requested a transfer and due to them not being happy they did it halfway. This was after begging them to help with the transfer.

This is really not acceptable due to loss of business and financial loss for the company. This needs to be handled ASAP as I will drive on Monday to look if I can speak to the management.
Whether it was a misunderstanding we had limited knowledge of the internals of what was setup and the transfer was initiated. You had to ensure a smooth transition which you failed according to us. You also did not seem to care about the impact and then we had to struggle to get any support from your company.
