"NOT" your COMPANY PARTNER

I got such poor service and feedback from Company Partners that I eventually lodged a complaint with Ms. Susan Esterhuizen, Operations Manager at Company Partners. Ms Esterhuizen rep**** with an apology and undertaking to appointment another consultant to take up my outstanding business with Company Partners. The new consultant, Mr Andrew Lowe contacted me and assured me that he will address my concerns and resolve outstanding business. However, I am right back to where I was previously with no feedback and no response to my e-mails from either Ms Esterhuizen or Mr Lowe.

What else can be done to get this business to deliver the service they claim to deliver and has failed again and again, is there a registration body or ombudsman that can take this people to task??
