Never received services for money paid and no refund

<p>I paid for a BEE certificate via the Company Partners website, i recceived email confirmation of my payment and that a consultant will call me to complete the service. </p> <p> </p> <p>2 days later i received an email stating that they dont issue BEE Certificates for small companies, however they issue BEE Afidavits, (whch i already had).</p> <p> </p> <p>i contacted Stefvan Stemmet via email to request a refund because they were not offering the service i wanted. Stefvan said by email that he has forwarded my details for refund to be done. 3 weeks later i still dont have my refund. Stefvan called and said that they can issue a BEE Certificate and share certificate at no extra costs, and i informed him that i already have these documents since they couldnt provide.</p> <p> </p> <p>Stefvan said i will get a refund by close of business on the 23 June, and this did not happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>I require the R390 that i paid to them, and no futher discussions. </p>
