IMPORT/EXPORT LICENSE

Company Partners have very friendly staff and they reply to any query you have within 24 hours. However, if you are applying for an Import Export License, they do not help you with the Merge that has to be done on the SARS website. This can be difficult for some businesses as the Merge might not be completed properly which means you would either have to phone SARS (which is very time consuming) or you have to go into SARS. There are other Companies similar to Company Partners who will physically complete the Merge for you and thus enable your Import Export license to be quickly obtained. So, before you sign up with Company Partners, please take this into consideration. It is going to save you a lot of time to go with a Company that does this for you. I wasted a few weeks with Company Partners trying to get this done. I was advised, by a Freight company to go to another company and it took 4 days and I had my Import/Export code. If I had been advised of the above, I would not have wasted time and money that I paid to Company Partners and then had to pay another company to finish the job. This is just an observation and not a complaint. I should have done my homework before signing up with Company Partners.
