I NEED MY DOCUMENTS OR PAY BACK MY MONEY

I paid for shelf company with (2019 Shelf including TCC ) a package of R2490 thinking i am going to received document ASAP but i didn't know what i am getting myself into, if i knew i was going to approach other companies but i choose them thinking they know what they are doing but i was fooling myself, i won't recommend anyone to use their service you communicate with lots of people like it's competition. if i do application myself at cipc it takes two weeks but to them it's more then that, i apply from them thinking they are quicker then me or others but NO. I need my documents all of them or pay back my money. communication is good as you are communicating with different people but service delivery is poor.
