Hosting of Company Website

I received great service except for the Publishing of my Website. To date,my Debit Order for Hosting has not been realized.It's been 2 months now. I made numerous calls and sent text messages to the person I should contact. Unfortunately, all I receive are missed calls and a dead line when I do answer. Hope this can be resolved. My Company needs the Website published.
