GOING ON 3 MONTHS - SERVICES PAID FOR STILL NOT FULFILLED

I have paid Company Partners for a list of products, since the 2nd of March I have been struggling to get assistance ever since payment was made. The agent i have been dealing with is Dominique, they advertising so professionally with all their contact details, she's blocked me on whatsapp, didn't respond to my emails, every since the 2nd March i have been passed from pillar to post, i send emails upon emails everyday asking them for assistance to which they never ever respond, you receive 10 marketing emails a day from the same agent - 2 months have passed and i still have no joy on any of the 3 items i have purchased - i have been waiting for a simple reply from Dominique for 3 weeks now and i still have no assistance, you send a whatsapp to the whatsapp number and they do not assist, all they give you is their toll free number

i have expressed on numerous occasion how dissatisfied i am with their customer care and the service i am receiving, and all Dominique does is says she understands and still doesn't resolve my issues - i wait 2/3 weeks for a reply to one query, even though i send an email EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! they just don't care to respond.

i am now approaching the 3rd month and still the services i have paid for has not been fulfilled by Company Partners

i would not recommend Company Partners to anyone - you have a better chance at home affairs - that is how bad their service is, i wish i had read more reviews on this company before paying them so much of money - PLEASE PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU MAKE A DECISION!!!!
