False Advertising

I have joined company partners on the tender package. I have been asked to send and resend documents many times, until eventually all services were complete. However i have never recieved a reference, login nor report for the csd. I have been sending enquiries on when i will recieve. No response instead they just loaded debit orders in my account for which i feel im expected to pay for services i dont understand. The tender package is said it comes with a business account number. I did not recieve this, i enquired and was told its just a telephonic referal. Why does it say free bank account if actually its just a referal. I never recieved a call in this regard in any case. I have never recieved a single tender proposal to date. Company is active but isnt given a single opportunity yet there is a debit order expectation.This has been a very frustrating journey especially for someone just starting a business. Company partners just requests payment after payment and only say service complete yet you dont recieve anything to show for it. I was sent an email stating that i will recieve orginal registration documents till today i have recieved nothing. Instead they wait a while for you to forget you had a query and load a knew service that requires payment. I am not happy with their service and would never recomend them to anyone instead i would rather warn people against this too good to be true service. Be warned you are in for a very rough ride and you queries will never be attended to. You may send a million smses or whatsapp messages. They will ignore you and just keep sending you services that require money. That is all they do. I am currently working on reporting this false make believe company with the ombud, the consumer rights commission and media for really this cant be right. They are playing with vulnerable people who know nothing about business and make it sound as if they will walk you through the journey which they dont. And i have never come across a rude consultant like Reyhanah Martheze. At some point i wanted to cancel the service. She called and was very rude to such an extent that i felt threatned and told myself id just finish registration and find another company. But now even the registration is dragging. I gave my account details for them to load on to the csd as per requirement only for them to load debit orders. Then im told i must give a month notice but i was sent an sms on 31 march for debit order to go off 01 April but i must give a month and they hardly gave me 24 hours. They are not what they say they are. Be warned
