Extremely Poor Service & Lack of Accountability

I am beyond frustrated with the service we have received. We have been trying to obtain our COIDA letter for over a month, despite sending multiple emails, including proof of payment. Every time we follow up, we are met with unavailability, lack of response, and no proactive effort to resolve the issue.

To make matters worse, we were given misleading information about the Compensation Fund being closed. However, after taking the initiative to contact them directly, we found that they are fully operational and even provided us with a reference number to allocate the funds. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy and reliability of the service being provided.

The lack of urgency and cooperation is completely unacceptable. We have had to chase after a resolution repeatedly, despite making it clear how critical this matter is. I would not recommend this service to anyone who values efficiency and professionalism.
