Don't stand for their word
Offer services in a certain time frame but do not adhear to it e.g. 10 days for COID registration but nearly 2 months later still nothing, and not even a single piece of correspondence, you have to keep following up with them on the status of your registration, very quick to take your money but extremely slow on service , they certainly do not stand for their word...

Any news Ilana?? We are in the manufacturing industry and I cannot express enough how urgent this is...PLEASE CAN WE GET SOMETHING / SOMEWHERE QUICKLY! It is of utmost urgency.

10 Sept 2019, 13:48Hi Leigh, there is currently a delay with COID Department; Gerda is regularly following this up with the department and will inform you as soon as there are feedback herein. Amore also did a followup today to see if she could escalate this with them. We will provide update as soon as we get clarity
