DONT EVER APPLY CROSS BOADER PERMIT WITH COMPANY PARTNERS

I app**** for a cross border permit through company partners, 2 months ago the cross border was suppose to be out in 2 weeks. But never did I paid almost 2 and half months ddnt get anything I asked to be refunded but no one replies to that just a week ago I was told that courier guy is collecting my permit and I waited for 3 day and I did none the crbt to find out only to be told that the permit will be out in 1 month only if it's approved. I PAID ALMOST 13000 for that permit to company partners to be told those nonsense and in the process I lost all my money of clients iam in debt because of all that please just pay back so that I can apply my self. Company partners do not even have idea how the permit issue or application works I spoke to everyone in that department with no help this are the name of the consultant Samuel Spagenberg Renee Green Susan Esterhuizen
