Disgusted by Company Partner Service

Before after Lockdown we requested the service of Company to help us with Tax and they told us our tax has been suspended and we must wait for SARS to fully open so they can help. That was the beginning of the nightmares, we been sent from pillar to post and no proper feedback or explanation is given, payment is made and their other department keeps telling us to make payments. can someone tell us what is happening.
