Disappointed customer

From the beginning of our registration nothing was explained in detail !!!! for every added service they give you its all about money , we were not told that we have to add another services when we took the package only now when we suppose to be done 5 months later we find out that we have to pay another fee of R1800 and not only that we have to pay another fee when we done with that service ... My question is why is all this not explained in detail before a package is taken out .... I amvery disappointed in the service received and i do not recommend them at all!!!!!
