FRUSTRATION! What terrible service. Promise the world and deliver nothing. I paid for the elite package in December and I'm still waiting for this elite service. Loads of automated mails but here I am 3 days to go to year end and I'm still waiting... I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Too many consultants involved and none of them doing anything. Supervisor's don't care - they've got our money - couldn't care a less about offering the promised 7 day service. Since beginning of December and I'm still waiting for this " free" business banking account. totally pathetic service.
