Deceiving the consumer - A Refund policy only shared when there's a request for goods to be returned PLUS false advertising!!

I requested a service from this now ********* service provider. Do my VAT application - a simple request with a price next to it! Then the false advertising starts - to carry on with the VAT registration process you MUST purchae another SUBSCRIPTION product for R2,000. To which I declined and cancelled. You cannot coerce me to pay extra when you advertised for something else Then when I request for a refund they share a refund policy and force me to take up another product! How would I even trust you with another product???

Interestingly, I just saw that Blacks are the ones that seem to have this complaint on Hellopeter about company partners... very interesting trend for consumer commission to look into...
