COMPANY PARTNERS - THE ART OF NO DELIVERY!

On 12 July 2018 my partner made the mistake of going to this company (on referral) to apply for a name change. Filled in all relevant forms and made a full payment. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!

It is now 4 months later (November 2018) and to date; not a single result has been delivered. They delay you with obscure, absurd, delayed tactic replies and seem to get enjoyment out of making a relatively easy process absolutely excruciating. They either make you wait long on telephone lines when inquiring after which they a bunch of non-answers. On top of it, they make no effort whatsoever to make any communication IN THE ERA OF COMMUNICATION.

Due to their actions, our company has had nearly insurmountable losses as we have had to decline new business due to legislative processes and agreements which could not be enter into.

The most frustrating aspect about Company Partners however, is the abrasiveness and totally demonstratively unprofessional service which some of their personnel addresses clients. My partner and I have had the misfortune in particular to deal with a certain Amore Dippenaar who couldn't make it more clear that she didn't give a hoot about our company - probably had to take more time to con another sucker into losing their hard-earned monies.

I unequivocally will NEVER EVER make use of Company Partners' services again and will do my utmost to dissuade everyone in my industry from using such an *********** and downright ******* service. BEWARE OF COMPANY PARTNERS OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM WHEN YOU HAVE MONEY TO LOSE! STAY AWAY!
