Company Partners - Refuse EME Refund

I had the worse, terrible and painful experience with this company i will never again never use their services. Sept 2019 we requested their service to register us a cooperative they had failed the only thing that they did was to reserve name for us for the coop itself was never done because we have submitted our ID's 8 times their system declines them and doesn't say which ID its incorrect I kept on requesting for assistance it falls on death ear until we lost a project that was meant for this coop in Oct. we paid them 1500 in full because of their pathetic service we opted to another company to assist they have refused to refund our money of the service that they have failed to provide (CIPC and Ombudsman needs to intervene for EME & SMME's this company exploiting small business).

I have been requesting for refund till last year the only thing they said is that they will take 15% from the money pay and send the refund they didn't do that instead they forcing me to use the money for other service they offer even i told them I want nothing to do with them. now they haven't refund our money I have requested them to transfer the approved to the new service provider they have refused that as well demanding 150.00 to that but they haven't even paid the amount i paid to the service that failed to provide.

All small business should be made aware of this company we go to them to assist us but they take advantage of the little knowledge that we and use to their advantage to exploit us even me I mean this services government has made it free for us they are making it so difficult to exploit us more, their system its useless Im regretting getting involve with them we have lost a lot because of them their service doesn't serve a purpose that is meant to.
