Company Partners - Poor professional service

This is the worst experience I have encountered with a so called "Professional Service Provider". My company has been trying since the 14 February 2025 to get Company Partners to update the representative details on a clients profile with SARS. All the supporting documents were sent to them on the 14 February with the exception of one which we had to sign to give them Power of Attorney.

On the 17 of February 2025 we again requested for them to send me the documents for signature, but no luck.!

On the 28 February 2025 we again requested for them to send the documents for signature but no luck!

Another request was sent on 7 March requesting the same document and to date non has been received. This is after I paid the full service fee on the 12 Feb 2025
