Company Partners Pathetic Customer Service

A shocking experience so far. Such big promises to deliver such great customer service, which has most certainly not been the case. No communication from the consultant assigned to my order. I receive automated responses from some computer telling me that the company name chosen has been reserved, yet when I search the name it is available. THEN no one at Company Partners can sort this out! And the receptionist refuses to transfer me to a manager and then gives me an email address that does not exist to submit my concerns to. Is this how you treat your clients???
