Company Partners is the worst consulted

It is the worst service I got since I started my business. I did 2 things that wasn't needed. All I wanted was a letter of good standing. It has been almost 4 months and I still don't have it. I did the RMA and they sent me an email that it will be done 27 August 2020 and it is 2 June 2020 now. Please don't use them. My consulted was Zandile Nxazonke.
