I paid R1500 to get a COIDA, I went to the Labour Offices myself and was told no returns were ever submitted, despite being told by the agent that there is a backlog at Labour. They force you to rate their service and it defaults to a 5 start once you click on the rating link, you cannot change the rating, you cannot comment, so you will never know how other customers have experienced this organisation. Be very careful, go to labour yourself, it's not as hard and labour is very efficient. That they are still in business is beyond me.
