COMPANY PARTNERS CAUSE LOSS AND DISCRIMATE AGAINST MY PERSON!! I WANT A REFUND!!

So the last post i was asked to take down by Chad at company partners who made a promise to me that. If i take down the negative post they would not only assist in making sure that my the service promised would be finalized by that Friday, but that they would offer me a free Service for a year!! NOW IT IS A MONTH LATER and i have stupidly gone and PAID MORE MONEY FOR MORE SERVICES Only to go tbrough the same trauma again!! Company Partners had Registeted my business and i now require VAT CERTIFICATE and IMPORTS LICENCE.... This process has an offer of 2 days.... I have been waiting 3 weeks!! During this time they have ONCE AGAIN being spamming me with Online Forms whilste they have Firstly made me sign forms giving them permission to utilize my information which THEY HAVE in orser to comolete registrations on my behalf. I have ONCE AGAIN BEEN CONSTANTLY CHASING AFTER Renee who is always in meetings and on phone calls she advises and agrees one thing, ONLY FOR MORE FORMS TO COME THROUGH FOR COMETION! It has gotten to the point where I was asked to take a photo of me holding my Identity document and send it through ( after i have had my ID Certified by tbe police station) - Now hear this.... They Now ASK that i SEND A PHOTO OF ME HOLDING MY ID DOCUMENT WITH A NOTE stipulating "Please change my details"!! Nowhere in the SARS Process have i seen this as an instruction and tbese people are going as far as DEFORMING MY CHARACHTER! I JAVE JUST LOST A CONTRACT FOR OVER 18 MILLION DUE TO MY VAT NUMBER STILL NOT BEING FINALIZED!! And they think it is proffessional to make such jokes about my person?? When i Now demand an OBVIOUS Refund i am told that i have not made payment for this service and that tney are therefore unabke to refund me!! I not only sent the proof of payment more than twice, but how dare they drag out tbis process now blaming it on NON PAYMENT!! I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR MY VAT CERTIFICATE AND IMPORTS LICENCE and SINCE I HAVE BEEN RUNNING AROUND TRYING TO DO THIS SERVICE MYSELF ANYWAY. I WANT MY REFUND BY WEDNESDAY MORNING AND I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER!! I HAVE ALL CALLS RECORDED AND THEN THE E MAILS WHICH DO NOT TIE UP WITH WHAT WAS DISCUSSED TELEPHONICALLY!! THESE PEOPLE HAVE NOW TAKEN THIS TOO FAR AND I WILL PROCEED WITH LEGAL ACTION AS I HAVE SEEKED ADVICE AND NOT ONLY SHOULD I BE RUNNING AFTER THE SERVICE PROVIDER for this long, but now i have to deal with the DEFAMATION OF FUNDS AS WELL AS TO MY PERSON. Not only are they wasting my time, but making fun of me within their company instead of providing a proffessional Service which they promise!! And then to be SO DISHONEST SAYING THAT I HAVE NOT MADE PAYMENT FOR THE SERVICE!! IT IS DISGUSTING!!! I HOPE THAT WHILSTE THEY ARE GIGGLING TOGETHER THAT THEY SEE THAT I have little Minor mouths to feed and that these kids now become part of their descrimination against me and i will not keave the matter here!
