This company is ************. They keep changing goalposts and change terms willy-nilly along the way. They even refused to pay refunds and from the blue they tell you a refund takes 30days!!!

26 Jul 2024, 12:48It's not about Sam updating me. It's about paying back refund IMMEDIATELY. Why do you have to take 30 days? Anyway, I've raised a complaint to the Ministry of Trade and Commerce.

26 Jul 2024, 20:33It took these Hellopeter complaints to get paid this evening despite all the lame excuses from Company Partners as to why they have a 30 day refund policy. I have had refunds paid on my credit card hold within 7 days having traveled to scores of countries around the world. 30 days is a new global record!!!
