Can change a few things because this is not on...

I just got off the phone with the a guy from their accounting/ auditing department. We were in the process of getting our "FREE Expert Accounting, Tax and/or Payroll Consultation" - what a bull*** story! This was more just a cold call to ask if I'd like them to do my accounting monthly for a ridiculous R900+ a month.

Look, don't get me wrong, they're a good company & the packages they offer are good & time saving. But... they say a lot is "FREE" or a "consultation" in their packages but it is just another upsell to their next "service" they'd like to have you pay them monthly for.

It's quite irritating, cumbersome & tedious to hear the same things over & over again. Also, to feel like you're not actually getting everything they said was "included" is the real tipper for me. But ay, if you are also lucky enough to ACTUALLY use ALL the services they offer for "FREE" in a package, then you're good to go but your monthly expenses are going to be through the roof to Company Partners. You'll only know these little things once you sign up & begin the process with them, it's as if Company Partners don't really care about their clients relations.

Lastly, the packages come as "set things" - no modifications can be done to sort of downgrade the package here & there to save you a little money especially for things you really do not need because either you've already got that thing sorted, but trust me, you're more than welcome to add more services & increase your payments to them anytime!

I should've really read some reviews about Company Partners before deciding to go through with them.
