Bad support
Found out through an application for another service that my business is no longer registered. The company that I trusted to manage my CIPC (company partners) had no idea and did not even let me know. When I ask them to confirm there was no sorry or even so sad to hear, only an invoice to start from the beginning again. Very bad WhatsApp support and no sympathy
