Bad service

Absolutely shocking and ridiculous, took my money from my account without my permission or getting me to fill any documents for what I needed them to do, nobody followed up with me at all then I asked for a refund, the agent who assisted me responded with a attitude it will be paid out the following Friday, however it's now almost 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for my money. It's clear they don't care about the small start ups, bigger companies are being prioritized and i won't recommend them for anything ever again. I want my money so I can find and alternate company to assist me
